On 18th April, Chou Zhiwei, Director of Linqing Workers' Cultural Palace, Zhang Shuxia, Director of Legal Department of Linqing Federation of Trade Unions, Zhang Qi, Director of Production and Protection Department, and Chen Yannan, staff of Rights and Interests Protection Department and other staff came to our company to visit and exchange ideas. Hu Yong, member of the party group and vice chairman of the county federation of trade unions, Wang Jingdong, director of the county workers' service centre, Liu Jinheng, director of the office of the county federation of trade unions, Meng Weiguo, deputy general manager of our company and other relevant personnel accompanied them.
The delegation visited our Sesame Craft Culture Museum, R&D Centre, and learned more about the development history, production scale, new product development, etc. The delegation also exchanged views on the construction of trade union organisation and the cultural and sports activities of the employees.

Through the ‘science and technology + industry’ dual poverty alleviation policy, the company signed a labour employment contract with 50 poor households, driving more than 150 poor people out of poverty; to help families in difficulty and 22 laid-off workers, of which 18 were re-employed in the company; through the county federation of trade unions model worker pairing help and enterprises to carry out the ‘Golden Autumn School Aid’. ‘Golden Autumn Festival’ activities to help a total of 16 students in difficulty, a total of more than 80,000 yuan; the company has been used for the Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas, epidemic prevention and control, poverty alleviation in the village construction of rural roads, relief of poor universities, funding for the poor elderly and other aspects of the love of donations amounted to more than 2 million yuan, by the community in general praise. Enterprise trade unions have also developed a ‘winter warmth’ activities and workers have a serious illness condolence system, the chairman of the trade union will personally visit and distribute 1000 yuan of condolences, so that employees feel more trade unions, ‘mother's family’ warmth.
