Core technology - a fully automated ground sesame seed oil production line

Our fully automated ground sesame seed oil production line covers an area of 80,000 square meters with a total construction area of 40,000 square meters, including a factory space of 20,000 square meters and over 300 sets of equipment. Our production workshop, built according to standardized requirements and passing the certification of BRCGS Global Standards for Food Safety, can process 20,000 tons of sesame annually. Our independently developed closed negative pressure dual-wheel water extraction oil production technology has been recognized as a key research and development project by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Our commitment to technological innovation has driven our high-quality development. In April 2020, the “Technology Fueling 2020” National Key R&D Project collaboratively initiated by the Shandong Academy of Sciences and us ranked first among the top 10 projects nationwide in the process improvement of grain and oil enterprises.

By revolutionizing our oil production process, we have transitioned from the conventional open-air method to the closed negative pressure dual-wheel water extraction technology. This transformation significantly reduces the volatilization of aromatic substances, prevents contact with air, and allows for controlled temperature, time, and substance volatilization. As a result, our production efficiency has increased fourfold, and our output capacity has multiplied by five. This shift represents a groundbreaking advancement in water extraction oil production, a good practice for expediting the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones and bearing epoch-making significance.
